Message from the Chairman of the Board

In the early years of its establishment, our company, which focused on electrical contracting services, expanded into different sectors in the following years. By broadening our activities and establishing new companies according to the expanded service spectrum, we formed a structured organization. During this developmental process, while growing in the contracting sector as ERTEK Elektrik, we aimed to make significant contributions to the development and industrialization efforts of Cyprus with our ERTEK Panel Factory established in 2008. The factory team, driven by production and labor, has shown the success of exporting to European Union borders, setting new goals for itself. I have no doubt that we will achieve all these goals.

Under the umbrella of ERTEK Group, our companies, with more than 100 employees in Cyprus, Turkey, and the UAE, have become one of the leading group companies providing high-quality services in the fields of Electricity, Automation, and Construction.

To prove our commitment to environmental, social, and corporate governance, we obtained the ISO 9001 quality management system certificate for our group companies in 2020. While making commitments in environmental, social, and corporate governance with national and international collaborations, we will continue to learn and develop in this field.

To keep pace with the rapidly digitizing world and the technological transformations, it was inevitable for us to renew our company structurally and technically. As ERTEK Group, by managing process controls with ERP systems and continuously improving our dynamic structure, we joined this wind of transformation.

With the principle of ‘There is no task that cannot be overcome when knowledge and experience come together,’ I will continue to transfer my experience and knowledge to the younger generations. By incorporating the visionaries of the new generation into our corporate culture in the light of our core values, I have boundless faith that ERTEK Group companies will expand beyond the borders and that the existing development will be sustainable. While experiencing the well-deserved pride of our successes beyond the borders of Cyprus, it also makes me extremely happy to see the excitement of our employees who contribute with strong motivation to run towards new goals.

As our companies that represent professional principles in our country continue their projects domestically and internationally, our professional, technical, technological, and economic contributions will also continue. Contributing to the professional and social development of our youth, in particular, is the most valuable value for us.

I sincerely believe that our employees, with our human-centered thinking culture and by focusing on technology and innovations, will carry the company from success to success. The dynamism and motivation from our apprentices to our masters, engineers to our administrative staff, are indicators that our future goals will be achieved.
