Construction Contracting
Founded in 2004 and operating with a 2nd Class Construction Contracting License until 2012, KEYSTONE Construction Ltd. joined the ERTEK GROUP, leading to a new structuring by establishing its administrative and technical staff along with a vehicle fleet. Shortly thereafter, by increasing its structural and operational capacity, it earned a 1st Class rating from the Cyprus Turkish Contractors Association (KTİMB). It specializes in construction and revision projects for public service buildings, bank buildings, business centers, and mass housing projects.
In the infrastructure and construction projects within the Ertek Group, it continues its activities with utmost attention to occupational safety and quality standards in projects such as villas, mass housing, workplaces, and others.
Similar to the electrical sector, our commitment to integrating engineering and technological innovations into construction projects remains steadfast.
While providing contracting services under the framework of KTİMB membership, we conscientiously fulfill our responsibilities towards society, the era, humanity, and nature in accordance with the laws, regulations, and decisions of the association. We believe that anyone wishing to undertake construction projects in our country should carefully consider the details available on the KTİMB website.
